| SEL Engineering Ltd. provides all the necessary
documentation to competitively bid a remediation
project. The documents include “Specification
Sections” regarding each of the materials
and systems to be used. Our draftsman produces “Project
Specific Details”, which outline the sequencing
of the various components of the exterior wall
assembly and their connection to each other.
SEL Engineering looks after all aspects of the
Tendering process including Bid meetings, receiving
and analyzing the Bid Forms, producing a spread
sheet outlining the pricing to the Owners for
their review, recommendation regarding the successful
Bidding Contractor and attending meetings with
the Owners to assist with the choosing of the
Contractor |
